ANF Therapy®

ANF Therapy® includes an examination of your nervous system, lymphatic system, muscles, and joints through palpation to identify the source of your pain. An individualized treatment plan is created using a combination of different ANF devices while incorporating manual techniques such as massage and cupping.

Your initial appointment (ANF orthopedic pain session) includes devices for 1 orthopedic issue.

Our aim is that the patient experiences a reduction of pain and swelling, an increase in range of motion and an improvement in quality of life related to health.

Non-transdermal non-invasive device, NO needles or chemicals are used.

Now offering ANF Sessions at Transcend.

I first learned of ANF from a client that had great results from the therapist and it piqued my interest enough that

I began studying ANF in January 2019 and completed the first 2 levels of training with physical therapist Chuck Renner.

After several months of client case studies I traveled to Tampa Florida where I passed my exam (4+ hours!) and became a certified ANF Pain Therapist under the instruction of Kimberly Miller.

My life took a sudden turn that led me out of the healing arts for about 3 years.  Upon returning to massage I've been able to get back into the ANF world but things have changed! While my certification still stands, the educational structure of the program has changed (increasing from 3 courses to 8) so I'm back in the student role and having a ton of fun brushing up on my knowledge and learning many new things as well.

Please prepare for your ANF session by reading the information below:

Orthopedic or Musculoskeletal Pain/Injuries only.

We will focus on 1 area of pain or injury in the musculoskeletal system i.e. acute or chronic pain, back pain/sciatica, muscle and joint problems, etc.  If you have any questions regarding your pain or injury please TEXT or CALL  417-812-5782

Minimum of 2-3 session commitment.

There are 4 phases of the ANF treatment sessions and each individual will determine how many sessions are needed (typically 3-8 sessions total but could be more depending on your health and complaint).

Sessions should be NO LONGER than 3-5 days apart from each other.  Please make sure your schedule allows for this.

We recommend to schedule your intake session (ANF Orthopedic Pain Session) then schedule 2 follow up appointments ( ANF re-assessment session) 3-5 days apart.

Wear LOOSE clothing

We recommend to wear clothing that is LOOSE, comfortable and stretchy so that devices can be placed easily and comfortably without major obstruction.  You might be asked to remove clothing if necessary and we will provide adequate draping such as towels or sheets.

Hydration

This technology is based on neurological frequencies and water intake is very important not only for the success of the treatment but for reducing detox symptoms. Please show up to your appointment well hydrated and expect to drink 8-10 glasses of water each day while wearing the disc devices.

Detox Symptoms

You might experience detox symptoms during treatment. Detox can take place during the first or consecutive sessions and my last a few minutes to several hours or days. Not all clients will experience detox symptoms. Typically an increase in water intake helps alleviate symptoms.
