& An Important Update
Honoring our work together while stepping into an exciting new chapter in massage therapy education.
Transition
Thank you for taking a moment to be here.
After much reflection and gratitude, I’m sharing an important update with you.

I’ve accepted a new role as Massage Therapy Program Manager, for WellSpring School of Allied Health, a transition that allows me to continue advancing my career in massage therapy education. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of serving as an instructor, and this new position represents the next step in my journey to help shape and support the next generation of massage therapists. This opportunity is an incredible honor within our community and one that I approach with deep respect for the profession that has shaped my life.

A Note About Timing
I know this update may come as a surprise, and for some of you, the timing may feel especially abrupt. I waited to share this news until my career transition was fully confirmed, and unfortunately that confirmation came very close to some scheduled appointments.
Please know this decision was made with care, respect, and gratitude for every client relationship. I appreciate your understanding as you read through the details and next steps below.

While I will no longer be offering regular hands-on services, my commitment to quality care and ethical practice remains strong.
Working with clients over the years has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my career. Each session, conversation, and relationship has left a lasting imprint on me. Your trust, loyalty, and presence have supported not only my business, but my growth as a therapist and human being.
Thank you for being part of my story. It has been a true honor to work with you, and I am deeply grateful for the role you’ve played in my journey. I’m excited for what’s ahead — and for the ways our paths may continue to cross.
With heartfelt thanks,

A New Chapter,
Rooted in the Same Purpose
Massage Therapy Program Manager at WellSpring School of Allied Health.
For as long as I’ve been a massage therapist, I’ve known that teaching and mentorship would eventually become a central part of my work. That calling has only grown stronger over the years — shaped by my experiences with clients, students, and colleagues, and by a deep respect for this profession.

I’m honored to share that I’ve stepped into a new role as Massage Therapy Program Manager, at WellSpring School of Allied Health where I now support, teach and guide future massage therapists as they begin their careers. This position allows me to blend my clinical experience, love of education, and commitment to ethical, client-centered care in a meaningful way.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a massage therapy instructor, and that experience confirmed what I already felt in my bones: helping students grow into confident, compassionate practitioners is work that truly lights me up. This new role expands that opportunity and allows me to help shape a learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and proud of the profession they’re entering.
While my day-to-day work is shifting away from hands-on massage therapy, my connection to the field — and to this community — remains strong. I’m passionate about elevating massage therapy through education, mentorship, and thoughtful leadership, and I believe that supporting therapists early in their careers strengthens the profession as a whole.
This transition is a positive and exciting step for me, and one I approach with gratitude for every client, student, and colleague who has been part of my journey. Each relationship has informed how I teach, how I lead, and how I show up in this work.
My Vision as Program Manager
In my role as Massage Therapy Program Manager, I am deeply devoted to fostering clear pathways for instructors, reducing overwhelm through consistency and structure, and ensuring that our curriculum reflects both current industry needs and the heart-centered philosophy that sets massage therapy apart from other allied health careers.

I am eager to partner closely with administration, support our instructors, and elevate the student experience in every way possible. I feel uniquely prepared to guide our program with practical understanding, forward-thinking leadership, and — perhaps most importantly — a commitment to meeting students where they are with empathy and compassion.
My mission is to nurture a learning community where both students and instructors feel empowered, supported, and confident, while honoring the massage therapy profession with the depth and integrity it deserves. Through strengthened communication, collaborative planning, and streamlined processes, I aim to create an environment where educators and learners don’t just succeed — they experience meaningful, life-altering growth.
I believe wholeheartedly that when instructors have clear guidance, structure, and encouragement, our students benefit in powerful and lasting ways — and in turn, so does our community.
Thank you for being part of my story. It has been a true honor to work with you, and I am deeply grateful for the role you’ve played in my journey. I’m excited for what’s ahead — and for the ways our paths may continue to cross.
With heartfelt thanks,
Tara Rigger
